Ho trasferito il mio dominio su di loro e mi hanno detto che si sarebbero occupati anche di tutti i record DNS. Bene, la mia e-mail è andata in fumo perché NON AGGIUNGONO ALCUNI DEI REGISTRI. Ho contattato l'assistenza ma non avevano qualcuno che potesse aggiornare il DNS durante i fine settimana. MA STAI SCHERZANDO? La mia email è stata interrotta per un intero fine settimana a causa di questi idioti. Ci fu un'interruzione di massa diversi mesi fa e non fornirono dettagli. Hanno anche inviato un'e-mail di "stato" inutile ai clienti, ma non li hanno contattati in modo da poter vedere l'indirizzo e-mail di ogni singolo cliente. Giuro che questo servizio è gestito da un gruppo di dilettanti. Al momento sto riscontrando un altro problema e il loro sito Web non mi consente nemmeno di aprire un ticket perché si è verificato un errore con il loro software di supporto.

ho trascorso ore al telefono tra centurylong e risparmia andando avanti e indietro per cose semplici come accedere all'account, vedere l'acquisto di prodotti ecc. Alla fine ho perso l'accesso ai miei dati di noteone
