Cattivo supporto, stabilità del server ancora peggiore e peggiori politiche anti-consumo in circolazione. L'unica cosa carina che posso dire è che il supporto è veloce a rispondere. Sono veloci a dirti che non ti rimborseranno anche se il tuo server è costantemente in ritardo o offline. Sono veloci a cambiare il tuo server in modi che lo mettono completamente offline fino a quando non lo ritengono opportuno per annullare le loro modifiche, per molti giorni. Sono veloci a ignorare ciò che dici, a copiare e incollare una risposta che non ha nulla a che fare con il tuo problema e a chiudere il tuo biglietto. Non ci sono scuse per questo nel 2018.

Sto riscontrando problemi con un host chiamato Citadel Server. Sono venuto su Servers.com per verificare e trovare un host migliore. Il servizio clienti su questo sito è meraviglioso. Grazie Servers.com per avermi dato buoni consigli sulle nuove opzioni del server a un prezzo ragionevole.
